From a product perspective, Merlin will be launching new generation power management products over the next three months. Combined with recently signed strategic partnerships with a number of blue chip companies, including the renowned engineering firm, Cosworth, and leading battery manufacturer, Enersys, Merlin is now well placed to expand its marine business.

James Hortop, Managing Director of Merlin Power Systems, said: “Four years ago we implemented a long term R&D plan to bring leading battery management and monitoring technology to market. This involved forsaking some short-term opportunities and reinvestment of everything that we had to reach the next step of globally distributing our new products. Today our energies are not only recognised through strategic partnerships with Cosworth & Enersys, but also by an investor who sees Merlin as a potential global player. This investment allows Merlin to complete its development plan as well as expand sales and marketing departments. I am delighted and humbled to be welcoming Mr Silhan as CEO of Merlin Power Systems USA”. Visit Merlin for more.
